Flintshire Food bank provides emergency food and support to local people in crisis.

The Food bank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in the local area.

As Christmas is a time of giving, maybe add one more item to your weekly shopping and drop it off at our collection point in the Wings Club Café.

Some figures from the Flintshire Food bank website on the great work it has done so far:

11,064 people received a food parcel from Flintshire Food bank in 2024

4,555 of those were children

89 tonnes of food was distributed in 2024
