Airbus made one change from the starting elven that started against Porthmadog. Kieran evens coming in to replace Sam Rickett.

Airbus started the game very brightly creating chances from the wide positions including great link up play from Cooke and McManus.

Airbus created alot of chances but were struggling to find the end product, with Lindfield and Jordan Evans coming close.

Good spells of possession in the midfield areas allowed Airbus to control the game.

Against the run of play, Llanidloes found themselves 1-0 up, after a mistake from Jones allowed Llanidloes to capitalise.

The goal didn’t stop Airbus playing and through patient build up Jordan Evans created a few chances for himself.

Seven minutes before the break, Airbus got a well deserved equaliser after great work from Lindfield who passed a ball inside for Eyre to create a fine finish to make it 1-1.

Eyre could have had himself a second just before half time but it was disallowed due to an offside decision.

The game entered injury time in the first half and a good spell of possession by Airbus which included 20+ passes resulted in a free kick being rewarded to Airbus.

Jordan Evans stepped up to take a superbly taken free kick which was pushed into the roof of the net by the Llanidloes keeper Evans.

Airbus started the second half as they finished the first half. With Jake Eyre and Jordan Evans coming close with a chance each.

On the hour mark, Joe Palmer scored a contender for goal of the season when he struck a 25 yard shot into the top corner after Cooke and Lindfield had gone close

Just after going 3-1 up, Airbus introduced Sam Baker and our new signing Nic Grogan to the fold.

Eight minutes after being introduced, Baker got his name on the score sheet after great closing down work from Eyre.

Eyre was causing problems to the Llanidloes defence, with his constant work off the ball and pressing.

On 77 minutes Jake Eyre was through on goal to see himself tripped by the Llanidloes defender, but the referee didn’t agree.

Ten minutes remained and fresh legs were introduced in Peers and Knight for the Eyre and Lindfield.

Five minutes remaining and Airbus were rewarded with a penalty, Peers calmly converted from the spot to give Airbus a 5-1 win on the road and three points on the board.
