4 goals, 3 points and a clean sheet you happy with Friday nights performance compared to previous weeks?
M.A. "Yes I thought we were excellent tonight after the initial first 15 minutes.
Denbigh are a good team with good players who can hurt you so to win there 4-0 was a great performance from everyone involved.
As soon as we tweaked a few things in the first half we played some fast attacking football where it probably should have been more at half time except for their goalkeeper who made some wonderful saves.
Yes the clean sheet is always important for us and we want that every week, but for me the best performance of the season so far"
James Davies with a hat trick tonight which brings his total to 7 against Denbigh this season?
M.A. "Yes delighted for James. He looked a real threat tonight for the whole game and no one would have been surprised if he’d have ended up with more goals.
He’s been linking up well with Jordan and George in games and the effect tonight was his goals.
He has an energy at the moment on and off the pitch so long may it continue as we go into November"
Have to mention another academy graduate that has stepped up with Tom Dougherty filling in, in the defensive line?
M.A. "Tom was excellent. He was playing against arguably their most attacking threat and dealt with him very well all night.
He did all the simple things well and really grew into the game.
It is up to him now to try and cement his place in the team/squad which I am sure he’ll be determined to do"
Another big week to prepare as we we welcome Goytre next weekend in the FAW JD Welsh Cup?
M.A. "Yes we would like a Welsh Cup run, but our next hurdle is Goytre AFC.
I’m sure they will be coming to win the game and challenge for the next round so will have to prepare right and be ready for the match, with the result that we go through"
