An excellent season for the U12’s as they transitioned into 9v9 football in the FAW Academy Cup. Several new arrivals bolstered the squad over the summer months which enabled this squad to be competitive from day one.

The quality of football played by this group has been excellent. They have learnt new principles of play during training and have demonstrated these to a high standard in their matches, which has helped them to achieve many positive outcome throughout the season.

One of the highlights was the U12 squad winning the Manchester United FC festival at Littleton Rd – A great achievement for team to bring home the Gernacho trophy.

Well done everyone – high standards have been set, the challenge is now to not only maintain, but
to progress on to the next level.
