Friday we are back in league action and a trip down to South Wales to take on Cambrian United.

Airbus come of a great win in the league last time out after coming from a goal down to beat Llandudno FC 4-1. They suffered heartbreak in the cup last week as they conceded a late winner by TNS to bow out of the Welsh Cup.

Our hosts last outing in the league was a 1-0 loss to Ammanford AFC at home, but they progressed into the next round of the Welsh Cup with a 5-0 win against Trethomas Bluebirds.

Both teams were promoted from the Cymru North and South leagues last season after finishing second behind winners Llandudno and Trefelin. Both sides have given themselves a good account of themselves on their return to the Cymru Premier, with Airbus sitting in 8th in the league on 21 points and Cambrian sitting in 9th on 18 points.

Airbus and Cambrian have a player each sitting in the top four of the goal scorers with George Peers top of the pile with 12 league goals and Liam Eason in 4th with 9.

This will be the teams first meeting in the Cymru pyramid and it looks set to be a good game, if you are unable to make the trip to South Wales the game will be shown live at the Wings Club Broughton via Cymru Football TV!
