Diau was born in Germany, and a youngster was part of Bayern Leverkusen's Academy and moved to the UK 10 years ago, where he started his footballing journey as a centre forward and in 2019, he signed his first pro contract as he joined Kidderminster Harriers. After a spell at Kidderminster, he decided to switch his position and started playing as a centre back

In 2022/23 season, Brandon joined Flint Town United in the Cymru Premier as he joined from Icelandic side Vikingur Olasfsvik. He made his debut against Pontypridd away on the 13th August 2022 and his first goal come in a 3-1 win against Airbus.

During the season, he went on to make 30 Cymru Premier appearances, scoring 4 goals and 1 assist.

Brandon become a permanent figure at the back for Flint Town as they went on to secure a 9th league position, which saw them compete in the Conference play off and they were eventually relegated to the JD Cymru North along with Airbus.

The following season he made the switch to Colwyn Bay and his first start came in a 2-1 defeat against Connah’s Quay Nomads. His only goal in his brief spell was in a 2-2 draw against Cardiff Met.

In 2024, Diau made the move to Northen Ireland side Portadown FC, where he was part of the promotion winning side as they were promoted to the Northern Irish Prem.
