
Last wednesday the U10 squad hosted North East Wales Girls Performance Centre at Airbus. A depleted U10 squad came away with a fine 6-0 win. On target for the wingmakers were Taylor Edwards, Curtis Afful, Kingsley Affull, Callum Dodd and George Savage.
Friday night saw arguably the games of the weekend as the U10 and U11 travelled to Chester to face Chester PSFA. Both fixtures were fantastic games with the U11 going down by two goals to nil and the U10 losing out 3-2 in a fine game of football.
Mark Allen's U8 squad made light work of their counter parts from Bala on Saturday as they ran out 7-3 winners. Kenzy Coldgate netted his third hat trick in as many games as did Jack Skillen who also bagged a treble. Freddie Willets was the other wingmaker on target. Also in action at Bala were the U10 squad. They came away with a resounding 7-2 win over the Lakesiders.
The U9 played in the final Foundation fixture of the weekend. Jack Seery and Joel Sampson's group entertained Tarvin Athletic at Airbus in yet another monday night fixture. The young wingmakers ran out 4-2 winners over a disciplined Tarvin side.
