Left foot maestro extends his stay

Jordan Evans returned to Airbus in June 2023, alongside his brother Kieran from Whitchurch.

This is Evans' second spell for the wingmakers and throughout the season has impressed with his quality.

Mark Allen was delighted with the signing of Jordan Evans for another season:

"Very pleased to get Jordan signed for next season. He has been one of our stand out players this season, making significant contributions to how we play and importantly assisting goals.

Additionally, off the pitch he has shown a real hunger to drive players in making sure that we have kept momentum and kept challenging for the top spaces.

I know it will continue into next season and as staff we all look forward to working with him and making sure the club challenge."

Jordan has made 27 league appearances so far this season, including 5 in cup competitions.

He has also contributed with 8 goals and 6 assists in league and cup, including thunderbolts against Flint Town and Mold Alexander

Jordan Evans had the following to say on agreeing to another season at Airbus:

"I’m really pleased to commit to another season at Airbus. To be honest, it was an easy decision for me as I’ve really enjoyed this season and playing in this team. The lads are brilliant to be around and there is a great team spirit.

Skip and Chappers have been fantastic with me both on and off the pitch all year, so to have them not just as a manager and a coach but also as great people is massive for me.

I’m looking forward to next year and hopefully we can have an even better season moving forward."
