Back to back wins for Airbus in the Cymru Premier this season, how would you sum up that performance?
M.A. "Very pleased with that performance tonight. The challenge to the squad has been to get two consecutive wins and tonight they battled well and deserved the three points"
Probably should have had more than 2 goals this evening, but 3 points on the board and a clean sheet?
M.A. "The clean sheet is the most important thing. We feel we will always create, but tonight every player was disciplined out of possession and at times individuals had to sacrifice their natural attacking flair"
George with his 3rd goal in 3 games this evening?
M.A. "His best performance of the season. Not only was he a goal threat. But his work rate was exceptional and his ability to use his body is getting better and better. Really pleased with him "
Oli Calland with his first start in midfield this season and he got his rewards with his goal?
M.A. "Yes after the initial first fifteen minutes where it was a hundred mile an hour. Oli found his passing range and made passes through the lines for us that hurt them.
The goal seemed to take an age to go in and he’s found himself in the centre of the goal, like every good goal scorer! He had a good effort in the first half too which made the keeper work"
You introduced our new signing with 20 minutes remaining, what should we expect to see from him as a player?
M.A. "Jack did well when he came on and will cause defences problems. He is quick, technically good and direct, as well as knowing where the goal is too. I look forward to him quickly getting up to speed and understanding how we play so he can contribute"
Next week, we see the start of three games in 7 days, how do you try and navigate that?
M.A. "It will be the same as this week. Looking to use the squad as much as we can. Everyone made a contribution over this week and they will next. We play the first and second in the league from last year and the group are keen for the opportunity to test ourselves against the best"
