Jake joined Airbus in the January transfer window as he made the switch from Gresford Athletic. He held a lot of experience in the Welsh leagues with spells at Mold Alexandra, Buckley Town and Holywell Town

He made his first appearance for the club as a substitute in a 4-0 win against Penrhyncoch at home.

Roberts first goal came against Newtown in the Welsh Blood Service League Cup, where he scored an unbelievable lob over the goalkeeper with his first touch after coming on as a second half substitute

Jake went on to make 17 appearances for Airbus (11 in the league) scoring 8 goals, with a brace coming against his old side Mold Alexandra in our biggest win as a club. He also got himself 4 assists. Jake's goal tally for the league was 16 making him level on goals with Danny Warren

In a short space of time, Jake secured promotion to the JD Cymru Premier and won two trophies, we look forward to working with Jake next season!
