Jordan Evans has joined Joe Palmer in re-signing for next season.
Jevo was Vice-Captain this season playing some pivotal roles in very important games.
Evans joined Airbus back in 2023 from Whitchurch Alport along with his brother Kieran. He has a wealth experience playing for teams like Fulham, Wrexham, Bala Town and Newtown.
Jordan scored some very important goals this season, with the most important coming in both the Regional and National Welsh Blood Cup Finals. His winner against Bangor from long range with his right foot put us through to the National final, where he was also on the scoresheet from a free kick to give us a 2-1 lead and set us on our way.
Jevo has made 39 appearances (28 league) this season and has contributed with 13 goals and 12 assists. His quality on the ball and eye for a pass has been instrumental in our midfield and attacking areas and we are very pleased he has committed to another season.
Jordan had the following to say on his decision to commit next season, "I'm really pleased to be staying at Airbus for another year. We've just had a fantastic season winning 3 cup competitions, but ultimately we want to go one better this coming season and win the Cymru North. That was a massive goal for me when I joined Airbus 2 years ago and we have come really close both years. To have won what we have so far and played the way we have and achieved what we have across the 2 seasons has been so enjoyable and a fantastic achievement for all involved.
On a personal note, I haven't been this happy, confident and content playing football in a long long time. So for me it's 100% the right decision to continue the journey with Airbus, aim to win this league and get the club back into the Welsh Prem.
Thanks to all the lads, staff and everyone connected with the club so far, let's go and achieve something even bigger this season!"
