Airbus U10s Play Up A Year

The lads were not phased by playing against an older age group today and started strong with a good tempo to the game.

Benjamin McEvoy started the scoring with a superb 20 yard 1st time strike, which rifled into the top corner. From that point on we were in control of the game. Finishing the first period 2-0 up...but also playing well.

NFA came out fighting in the second period and put us under a lot of pressure high up the pitch, this allowed us to catch them out with quick counter attacking football.

The game opened up and the goals were flowing for both teams with the score at 5-4 to Airbus at the end of the second period.

The lads finished the game as they started with a high tempo and good energy and finished the game off with a few late goals. The game finished 8-4 to Airbus.
