Solid Performance From The U10's

Airbus started the game with an excellent passing display. The lads carried out their set task of keeping possession and to build play from the back with confidence.

Airbus were on top for most of the period & the players efforts were rewarded with a neat finish from Stanley Horrocks.

Onto the second period and the game evened out slightly with Prestatyn having a bit of the possession.

Defensively we were excellent building through the thirds and enjoying a lot of possession.

Airbus continued the good football from the first period and were unlucky on a few occasions not to add to their lead. A mixture of excellent goalkeeping and more composure needed from Airbus.

Airbus kept working hard in the final third and finally got a deserved second goal.

Jack Davies was rewarded for his determination and put the Prestatyn goalkeeper under pressure, won the ball and slotted it home.

A good all round performance today from Airbus.

More goals were definitely there to be taken. With a little more composure from the lads in the final phase being all that was needed.

Credit to Prestatyn coaches and players - they have made big improvements in the short space of time since we last played them.
