WingMakers looking to bounce back after defeat to Llandudno FC last Friday.
Friday, we welcome Ruthin Town FC to the Hollingsworth Group Stadium as the first game of our back-to-back home games.
After a tough loss to process last Friday and our first loss in the League since February, Airbus are looking to get back to winning ways at home this Friday evening.
Joe Palmer knows it is important to put Friday’s result behind them, “Obviously looking to bounce back after last weeks disappointment. It can’t come quick enough really; I think all players and management feel the same.
I’m sure we will be going over things we lacked last Friday in training this week and look to implement them against Ruthin Town”
Last season Airbus come out with two wins against our visitors in the league. Airbus played out a 1-0 win in November last year as ever reliant
George Peers come up with the goal to take all 3 points. Ruthin were reduced to 10 men in early in the game but Airbus grinded a performance out to win the game.
In the return fixture, it was a much more comfortable game with Airbus winning 7-0 at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium. Goals on the evening come from Kaiden Cooke with two, George Peers with a hattrick and Danny Warren with two.
Airbus and Ruthin have played each other 6 times in total in the JD Cymru North since 2021 and Airbus had a good record, where they have won 5 and lost 1 in them 6 meetings.
