Mold Alexandra FC Preview

We begin the defence of our Welsh Blood Service League Cup

Friday evening, we welcome Mold Alexandra to The Hollingsworth Group Stadium as we begin our defence of our title.

The Welsh Blood cups were part of our successful season as we went on to win in the North and National finals.

After an unbeaten start in the JD Cymru North, with 4 wins and 1 draw, Airbus have only conceded 2 goals in the league, and come off the back of a 5-0 win against Brickfield Rangers on Bank Holiday

Mold have had a bit of an indifferent start to the season, with only recording 1 win in the league which came at Caersws away.

Kaiden Cooke is looking forward to starting the defence of the trophy, “The team is looking to replicate the strange performance from Monday, and we will be ready to go again.

It won’t be easy against Mold Alex, because they are known for being tough opponents, but our squad is up for the challenge and ready to give it our all and hopefully progress into the next round”

Friday nights game looks to be a good one, as Mold Alex have won the competition in the past.
