On paper we knew today was going to be a difficult game with Penybont being one of the two unbeaten sides in the league, but overall I think we pushed them and probably deserved something out of the game?

M.A. "As a group we feel we deserved something after a strong performance again in South Wales. We knew the strength and quality of their squad/team on the day and at times over the game we felt we caused them some problems and made it difficult. However, we needed to be better and manage periods of the game when we have to grind it out and dig in"

Even though we lost the game, our defence did a great job with some fantastic blocks and saves from the Louie?

M.A. "Yes everyone has to be strong today and be at their best, which I thought they were. No one was below par and that is the levels that we have to maintain week in week out. Our shape was good and we limited them to half chances, which I was pleased with. But again there are elements of the game where we were naive and that has to improve"

George had a hattrick last week and his work rate off the ball today was second to none?

M.A. "Yes, the front 4 had to work hard for the ball, but also set the precedent for our press and how we were out of possession. Their energy was key throughout the game"

How are you feeling about the goals we conceded today?

M.A. "Obviously we don’t like conceding and I’ve quickly looked at them and we can be better on both of them. Remaining focused and matching runners, clearances being better. Against quality opposition you can’t lapse in concentration at all. But we will look at them in more detail and pick out learning opportunities for the group which is important"

We have back to back Saturday games, as we welcome Trefelin to the Hollingsworth Group Stadium, what are you expecting from them?

M.A. "Yes Trefelin are a good team. I’ve watched them a few times this season and they have experience and quality in key positions. We will need to be at our best against them if we want to get all the points"
